"Staff was excellent (kind, efficient, hospitable) and our sweet little room overlooking the sea was lovely. Very comfortable beds and linens. Clean and simple, and would absolutely stay again. Shuttle car took us promptly to the airport and helped with luggage. Would definitely recommend. "

Also there were some issues with the room like we couldn't get the door to the outside to lock you ended up having to do it Trick like hold the handle up. Also the water in the shower didn't get hot. Other than that it was an absolutely beautiful property perfect location and wonderful staff."

"I skipped breakfast but after peeking in, I realize I should have added it. The room was nice and up to date with a nice shower and a comfy bed, though it was two singles together. TV didn’t get very good reception but I’m not here to watch TV. The check in and out process was easy, the staff was friendly, and I could see the ocean from my window and I could see a walking trail that was just next to the hotel and I walked on it to the rock and roll museum down the road. This little town next to the airport is very walkable from this hotel of you’re on a layover and don’t want to pay a hefty taxi fee to the big city. I’d certainly stay here at the hotel jazz again. "

"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip. I was absolutely impressed by the kindness of the staff- Anna at the front desk and Robert with maintenance in particular. Anna did everything she could to assure we had a wonderful stay and Robert was incredibly kind and helpful. They really made the stay exceptional for us. I would ultimately return because of them. You can stay at a nice hotel anywhere, but the staff is what makes this place stand out. Thank you so much for that."
