โThis is a very quiet quaint property that has a very old world charm to it. The rooms are very spacious and are decorated with lots of cow skins and other furs all over the floors and furniture. The owner is very friendly and quick to help in with any issues you may have from finding places to sightsee to finding places to eat at. Kamers en badkamer zijn niet groot maar groot genoeg om te doen waarvoor ze dienen.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam.
Ontbijt is basis, dus geen bubbels of zalm enz maar alles is aanwezig wat je van een normaal ontbijt mag verwachten.
Zwemmen is ook mogelijk in het dakzwembad van het mercury hotel.
Wij komen zeker nog terug voor een short tripje aan de kustโ
โCanโt begin to describe what a great stay this is. A real experience, if you are doing the battlefields, then staying or visiting here is a must. Comfy beds, great facilities and good breakfast. Loft chapel is probably the nicest chapel or church I have ever seen mainly because of the emotion involved. Thoroughly recommend. โ
โLeuk hotel, een beetje ouderwets ingericht, maar wel mooi. Op loopafstand van het strand en het openbaar vervoer. Ontbijtbuffet was super, zelfs champagne stond er klaar voor de gasten.โ

โErg mooi hotel. Alle kamers zijn ingericht met spullen van rivera maison erg mooi zelfs de ontbijt zaal was ook zo u gericht met stijl
De kamers zijn heel goed. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met echt alles van zalm en champagne tot een simpel gekookt eitje met toast. Echt top .
Locatie is ook erg goed. Om de hoek op 50 meter is het strand en op een minut lopen sta je in het centrum erg centraal . Volgende keer gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel echt topโ
โA friendly little hotel in the center of town, close to the beach. Wouldn't recommend when there's an event at Grote Markt because it's literally facing right that way so it can get very very loud. The bathroom had some signs of usage but nothing wild. I did appreciate the soap, shower utensils and water provided for free. Otherwise, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the property itself is well cared for. โ
โA lovely small hotel very close to the centre of Ypres. The owner of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Our room on the top floor was lovely and had everything we needed. There is parking across the street at very low cost, and more parking close by which is free.
Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommended. We would use again.โ
