“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!”

“The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). “Great location, close to City Centre. All mod cons. Cosy but warm.”

“Good location, cozy environment,”

“Maybe used to be Opulent but no more. Tough check-in and key difficult to use. Smell in corridor was disgusting mixture of various cuisines. Room needed serious maintenance”
