Hotel Zed was super cute. The customer service was great. The rooms and common area were super clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for walking around downtown. I would definitely recommend it and come back.

The security woman was amazing, she was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk team was great as well and made everything easy. I ended up meeting some really awesome people staying there who turned into friends, which made the experience even better.
