one-star review. My stay unfortunately fell short of expectations. The cleanliness could have been better maintained, and the food options felt quite limited and unfortunately lacking in flavor. The staff weren’t as helpful as I hoped, so overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

The whole experience was bad/poor overall. I experienced rude staff, not on one occasion but throughout the stay. The staff work in intense heat outside and are not well cared for. For ex: the grill guys outside, in scorching heat, don't have a fan, but the barman in the lobby does. And thus, the staff seem not to care about customer satisfaction. - 1st day: I was at breakfast and asked the lady cooking eggs if there were any pancakes left in the back for my son. She replied: "What could be there in the back, it is only dishes to be washed". And the same lady; I was going to get a bowl of soup. She replied, "No soup left", and then showed me the soup at the bottom of the pot and then told me "you wouldn`t drink it since the main ingredients are gone".. Well, let me decide that myself. - And the guy with big eyebrows, who was the supervisor of the restaurant, prevented me from getting my second cup of tea because it was 10:01 am(breakfast time ends at 10:00 am). The teapots were full,all I wanted was to refill my cup, not expecting a meal service at that point. Plus, it is a hotel; customers should be pleased, not intimidated. He acted like as if it was a military disciplined area, 10:01 am, and that is it, no more tea... - Thirdly the spa area.. Rude talking and was continously warning and checking on us instead of letting us relax. Wouldn't go there and wouldn't recommend...

Our recent stay was a mix of highs and lows. While we appreciated aspects like the prompt room service, the relaxing spa, and the friendly woman making snacks on the beach, several factors kept the experience from being excellent. The biggest challenge was the food. The options were very limited and seemed exclusively designed for a Slavic palate, which may not suit all international travelers. The menu grew repetitive, with a fruit selection of only apples and plums, and simple cabbage-based salads. The grilled meats were consistently dry, chewy, and burnt, and the fish served every three days was lacking in flavor. This was compounded by occasionally rude service in the dining area. Back in our room, two main issues affected our rest: poor sound insulation that let in loud music until 11:30 PM, and mismatched bed heights that were surprisingly uncomfortable. We also felt the resort's amenities were lacking without a gym. In summary, for the resort to provide a very good experience, we'd recommend a few key changes: · Introduce a gym and extend towel exchange hours. · Enforce a quiet time after 10 PM and ensure all beds are level and comfortable. · Diversify and improve the food quality, train staff in customer service and basic English, and clearly label all dishes with their ingredients. These improvements would make a world of difference for guests from diverse backgrounds

Nous sommes un peu déçu; ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles. la plage est assez éloignée et la propreté des équipementd est à revoir. La cuisine est très simple moyenne sans fantaisie, la salle et les chaises font penser à une cantine. Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel n'est pas très acceuillant. Pour 2 jours et en "dépanage" c'était bien

Çok kötü bir konaklama deneyimiydi.

Alkol içinde herşey dahil bir otelde ilk kez dışardan alkol alıp otelde içip dışardan yiyecek söyledik. Personel asık yüzlü ve kaba, resepsiyonda insanlar azarlanıyor. Yemek bir hastane ve silahlı kuvvetler er yemeğinin bile çok aşağısı. Salamlarda ve köftelerde et yok, peynirler süt yerine nişastadan yapılmış. Alkollü içecekler karton bardakta sunuluyor. Yenmeyecek kalitede yemekler de hemen bitiyor çünkü devamı yok. Ortalık kanalizasyon kokuyor. Üç restoran diye aslında tek restoranı kakalıyorlar. Televizyonda parazitlenmeden başka görüntü yok. Otoparkta asla yer yok. Animasyonşarı felaket. Mesela pavyon travestisi kığında bir semazen dansediyor. Aç kalacağınız ve bir şey içemeyeceğiniz yere sakın para vermeyin, oda kahvaltı daha uygun fiyata kişilikli bir yer bulun daha iyi. Giderseniz şimdiden geçmiş olsun.
