Das Hotel ist sensationell. Was für mich nicht ok war, das bestellte Tartar im Restaurant war angemacht mit Kernen und einem Dressing. Der Fleischgeschmack war leider nicht mehr zu erahnen. Leider und schade für so ein teures Produkt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und klasse. Da passt wirklich alles, bis auf die nicht vorhandenen eigenen Parkplätze. Aber man findet etwas in der nahen Umgebung. Man kann sein Gepäck vor dem Hotel ausladen und woanders parken. Ein paar Minuten laufen schadet niemanden. Von da aus erreicht man auch alles bequem zu Fuss.

Staying during lockdown
In difficult covid times, the hotel staff made my stay as comfortable as possible and without fuss. My only gripe is that the evening room service menu is limited during the lockdown period, so became a little repetitive.

Affordable, convenient and modern
The hotel is very modern and convenient but the beds were typical uncomfortable German twin beds and the AC barely cooled the room. There was no mini frig but the bar was great about providing ice, and fortunately we had our own kettle and fan. When we arrived there was no street parking but we were told if we parked in the garage across the street it would be only 9 euros for the day, which we paid to the hotel in advance. They told us to bring the parking ticket to them before leaving. When we did the one at reception did not know what to do with it but told us there would "be someone at the garage to let us out". We could not get out of the garage without paying the 15 euros in the garage. This was very annoying and I immediately called the hotel to have them take the 9 euros off the credit card.

We attached great importance to quality when purchasing our mattresses. In addition, our slatted frames offer individual setting options, which we have now included in the information menu on our room TVs. We are also happy to provide a soft pad. Let us know your individual preferences the next time you book. Regarding the parking fee, you spoke to a forum employee and no employee of our hotel on the intercom. We have added € 9 to your credit card to accommodate you in this regard. We look forward to welcoming you again as our guest.

Big Box = Big Breakfast 😋
Just a lovely hotel with great staff and the best breakfast we’ve had on our road trip. Catered so very well for our puppy Bailey with a terrace outside of our room with grass so he was comfortable. Kempten is a very nice area and all in all it was a fabulous stay. Thank you bigBox.

Ok but 1 pillow
The hotel is basically good. My only gripe is that there is only one pillow, I know I could probably ask for another but arriving just before midnight I just want to go to bed and then I struggle to sleep all night and end up moaning. Oh well next time I book I will request my room has two pillows

great location, nice hotel, polite helpful staff, parking++ across the street.Town ok for a stopover but attractions limited. Continental breakfast was good except for the worst tasting cheese ever- think rotten socks x 10 (if this is a local favourite they must have steel taste buds - you have been warned!) , check the bed sizes - we thought we had booked a queen size double (as stated on the confirmation) but apparently this is not always accurate. We had standard 4'6" bed which was a bit bit tight and diminished an otherwise good stay.

Nice Hotel - Beware Of Parking
The hotel is really quite nice and connected to the concert venue. Rooms are new and modern, very clean. Hotel service was great (whether I spoke German or English with them). Issues: If you park in the structure you cannot get your car out early. This was left out of the explanation on parking options. It makes getting to the airport early very difficult. Getting it out early cost me an extra 20 euro and 30 minutes. Luckily there are still enough speed limit free stretches on the way to the airport that we made our flight. Park in the free public lot nearby instead. The mattresses seem to have a waterproof cover on them below the sheets. Combined with air conditioning that doesn't get very cold, it makes for very hot sleeping as the mattress doesn't breathe like normal. Overall a nice place, but those two issues ended up being major.

Nowadays this represents an international standard and with which we meet the increased demands of our guests to safety and hygiene. We would like to thank you for your notice concerning the parking situation. We identified the meantioned weaknesses in the parking for our guests. We are very happy to tell you that due to a structural and organizational change the parking situation will soon greatly improve.
