"Very fine room but hot summer conditions made the temperature too warm for comfort. Although a fan was provided it did little to help. The price paid one would expect air conditioning in this day and age. The food in the South Bank Bar/Bistro was lovely as were the staff. Breakfast was very good. It was disappointing that charges at the leisure club could not be charged to our room account - a small point. All in all it was a very nice stay."

Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection of food. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport and is located close to a shopping centre. We also enjoyed the excellent fish and chips served in the hotel restaurant. The location was convenient, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
