“very nice stay”

“The casino restaurant was surprisingly delicious. Disappointed the Steakhouse was closed. The only thing was the safe in the room did not work. Overall, nice place to stay.”

“룸상태는 아주 좋아요. 깨끗하고 주방도 있어서 가족여행시 좋을거 같아요. 수영장 역시 넓고 깨끗합니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다”

“We stayed at the hotel and booked a room the same day as a family member. We were given a smaller room than she was despite paying a higher price, The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre despite being advertised as a full breakfast. It took a while to get someone’s attention because we had questions at check out and she was very rude and not interested in customer service at all,”

“The two ladies I dealt with at the front desk were so awesome. They actually did make me feel better about the place. I did not like being on the ground floor with the window facing the parking lot. “Friendly & welcoming staff! Super clean & comfy room. I booked a queen room but upon arriving, I was upgraded free of charge to a queen kitchenette suite and it was beautiful!! I had let the manager know that the pull on the bathtub/shower spout wasn’t working and he was very thankful & appreciative that I had let him know. Super nice fella! Will most definitely stay here again!”

“Easily accessible hotel, shopping close by, hotel appears to be clean but carpets in hallways and rooms desperately need to be replaced. Beds are very comfortable, pillows too big and thick for my comfort.”

“The first impression of the Hotel isn’t good compared to the pictures online. There were people smoking outside of the door as we were checking in even though there was a sign posted. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Rooms are very outdated though they are in need of some TLC. I could not get a receipt on checkout either because their system was down. Still have not received my receipt.”
