Everything is so far away from our room. We have two rooms but did not get a parking space. Both parking spaces near our room happened to belong to the odd numbers. We and our friends rented one car but both our rooms were even numbers. We informed the front desk but they did not accommodate us. ...

There were some cleanliness issues: some towels looked like they had been dropped on floor, wash cloths had a hair on them, mildew on shower curtain liner. The floors were not clean. The hand soap was thinned out. There was a piece of gum stuck between the door trim and the strike plate of the bathroom ...
