"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel English Point Marina & Spa. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room provided a quiet and peaceful environment to rest after a long day. The staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. They were helpful with any requests and made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"American solo. The resort is paradise. Secure. Effort to be handicap friendly. I had a 3rd-floor room by the entrance. Walls are thin, so guests should be mindful to be quiet. *My only issue is that breakfast is only 6-9am local time. This means forcing oneself to eat during sleeping hours until jet lag can adjust. Don't buy the bed & breakfast package if you're like me and need (or want) to sleep in. It IS vacation after all! Save funds for a la carte meals. *Courteous staff, taxis at gate for travel, clean and spacious room and balcony in working order. Fun animation planning (aerobics, volleyball, etc.), excursions, live entertainment, on-site museum and shopping, small gym, and small spa. *Monkeys do roam the site, so keep food to restaurant area. *Constant breeze off Indian Ocean is divine. Bar service on the lawn and at poolside. Swing bar. Outdoor shower. At beach, see Tembo for glass boat, take camel ride, get massage, buy local crafts, save pocket change for acrobatic kids seeking tips."

"Amazing pool with fun slides for kids,teens, and adults, A bigger pool with a bar in the center (comes with bridge so you don't have to get wet) a beach, jaw dropping performances, clean neat rooms and comfortable bed. Delicious buffet food. Staff were kind and helpful .Opened in Jan 27th 2017. 10000 stars. 1000000\ 10. Very highly recommend, second time staying and we WILL come back."

"Staff were exceptional and the villa was really spacious with a lovely pool. Food was OK, not as good as some other resorts of the same star rating. Lots of BBQ options and theme nights. We were AI and had breakfast at the small restaurant in the villa area, which was lovely. Lunch was better at the pool bar - suited our family needs with chips, burgers and pizzas. The villa had a few things that needed fixed and we had to ask for the fridges to be topped up. At dinner it was often a bit chaotic and they ran out of plates or cups. Or tables weren’t set. Little touches that stop it being the level expected from a 5 star resort. The entertainment team was good, with karaoke, acrobats and dancers as part of the evening offering. The main pool was good fun and not too busy. There were plenty sun loungers in the shade at the beach with access to the pool. As a single mum with 3 kids I was frequently asked where my husband was, which didn’t happen in Nairobi or the Masai Mara. The hawkers on the beach were obtrusive and we struggled with getting rid of them. There are organised beach activities with the entertainment team and it would be better to go on them rather than brave the beach yourself if you’re a single woman."

"Amazing experience. Lovely property right by the beach. Many restaurants with lots of food to offer. Some of the restaurant staff were a bit rude (or may be the messages came off as such due to inadequate English proficiency). Otherwise, highly recommend and will go back"
