“The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). We tried to change the dates but no rooms were available, then we tried to just cancel one room (we got three) and they were...

“We loved our stay here! The owner was extremely helpful when we couldn’t get access to the property at midnight and walked us through the steps. She also gave us a map and lots of help with parking! The location is great for walking around the old town, but parking was a bit difficult. The room was just as described, beautifully appointed, and the fridge had complimentary juice, water, fruit, and wine! An excellent stay.”

“We were warmly greeted everyday by the staff!! They were very helpful on every level! Our room came with a plate of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and oranges with a couple bottles of water in the fridge. Yum!! There was always a plate of cookies and candies at the front desk too. Very conveniently located with 1/2 block to the bus stop, and 1 block to the grocery store one way or the GORGEOUS beaches the other. “L'appartamento era pulito (pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, un sogno). Spazioso e con un bel balconcino. I proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi e trasmettono la passione per il loro lavoro. Il parcheggio e' in strada, lo abbiamo sempre trovato. Non ci immaginavamo fosse pero' lungo una stradina stretta, le auto devono essere addossate tutte da un lato e occorre entrare e uscire con molta cautela. “Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die großen Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!”
