On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "
