“We had an excellent stay at Paradise Country in the deluxe family eco tent! What a cool spot! The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds. Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone. A couple of things which weren’t 100% is that the top bunk wasn’t prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that! “The gentlemen who checked us in made us feel welcome and at ease instantly. The cabin was beautiful cozy clean and warm with a gorgeous spa bath and a secluded private atmosphere. The surroundings were peaceful and serene. We also enjoyed nightly visits from big mama the possum and fed her fruit and the locals were very warm and welcoming. “Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”

“Fabulous for a relaxing weekend away, felt like home away from home. Only thing that didn’t quite go well was the weather, it was a bit humid with no breeze, and there are no fans or aircon. Generally though the weather up there is quite cool, so wouldn’t always be an issue. ”
