"Easy walk into Old Town and also to new Viru shopping centre. Breakfast was great. Nice pool/sauna area. Staff very helpful"

"A lovey hotel within walking distance to the Old Town and the more modern bar / restaurant district in the old warehouses. The gym and spa were great, but bathrobes should be a standard in all rooms to ease some of the congestion in changing rooms. The pool was nice but was often quite busy and could’ve done with some more floor cleaning (I.e removing some of the standing water). The breakfast was rather overpriced. "

"Located in a wonderful area of Tollin’s‘s old town, everything is walkable. Shopping venues, restaurants, and coffee shops abound with so much history to see and learn about. The hotel itself is fantastic! A wonderful staff is the icing on the cake. A shout out to Alex and the rest of the team who looked out for us and answered our many questions. The hotel oozes charm, with a terrific restaurant to boot! It would be impossible to be disappointed!"

"Upon check in we were given a room number and door entry code. We went in and it was full of someone else's things. Toiletries in the bathroom, bed unmade, clothes hanging in the wardrobe. We went back to reception and was given another room, same code. We queried security and were given best assurances, but felt uneasy for our stay. I'm sure the other guest would not be pleased to know someone had entered their room. Hotel otherwise fine, but breakfast was basic."
