"Clean modern stylish quiet safe comfortable place to stay convenient to everything. Appreciated the in room fridge and would have loved an in room microwave instead of having to go to another floor to use one. Hotel staff very helpful as I asked for a scent free room and they provided that. A bit of a hassle to have to get a new onsen access card each day. Overall a good start and would stay here again."

"We had a terrific stay at SOKI Hotel in Kanazawa. It’s centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and the public bath is a welcome respite at the end of the day. The staff is very helpful as well. We’ll look forward to future stays and highly recommend SOKI!!"

"着いた際にマネージャー？の方などお手伝いしますよーと言ってとてもいい感じでしたが到着した夜も出発の際の朝も若いスタッフがとても不親切/無愛想で何が不満なわからず(カートをわたす時に一言も言わなかったり手伝ってもらえますかと言って表にでてきたわりにいやそうに立ったままだったり)とても不愉快でした。荷物などが多く手が足りず困っていたのでお願いしましたが手伝うなら気持ちよく対応し、そう言ったことはしないのなら「申し訳ありません対応できかねます」ときちんと伝えるなどしてほしいです。スタッフ一同、対応統一して欲しいです。それ以外はホテル施設やお風呂など全く問題がない、素晴らしい滞在 でした。"
