"Buffet breakast was fresh and delicious. Hot tub was out of order. Room was clean and well-stocked."

"All door numbers are held on with painters tape. Loudest air conditioner on the planet (which i actually like). No exhaust in the bathroom. Soap and conditioner dispensers were empty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. We didn't use the pool. Ok for the price. "

"Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst part was the staff named Liz. She was in care of the breakfast area. Breakfast was suppose to go till 10:30am. Just before 9:30am we go down to eat. No eggs, hardly any biscuts and gravy. All the cold stuff was picked over. She hadn't refilled anything. When my fiance asked if she was gonna she was snotty and replied she hadn't planned on it since breakfast was almost done. There was still a hour left. Other people were in the room eating Mc donalds due to not having stuff available as well. When my fiance stated that there was an hour yet he was accused of being rude and yelling at her when all he infact did was ask. So dont recommend this place if u want to enjoy a included breakfast. You will be left hungry or going to a restaurant. So disappointed. Breakfast should be replenished as long as breakfast hours are still going on."

"Front desk staff was friendly and efficient; property is very clean and lovely; the hallways are forever long; the guest room was large with a fridge and micro AND a comfy balcony (screen door needs repair other than packing tape); dinner at the elk room was delightful & festive - lovely weekend."

"The room I got was never cleaned so they gave me another room. It's nice of a hotel, however the woman who runs the hotel is extremely rude. The rest of the staff is nice. "
