Other than street parking there are only 4 designated spots. It's an older property in need of some love especially the mattresses. Margaritaville Beach House Key West
The view from our toom was obsteucted, parking area only. The beach is across the street from the resort, but they do have a fresh water shower at the front to rinse off.
