"There was a power outrage at the hotel while I was there and it was not handled well by the hotel/staff. No guidance as to what to do with no elevators avail or severity of the issue. Worse part was the casino area was fully lit up. Had to leave hotel to conduct business with no support from the front desk. Also used check out thru the TV and never received a receipt."

I sent many. Staff said to call them. That's ok if you live in the USA but we are ftom Australia. In a great location "
