1. 서비스는 관리인 회신도 받았는데 개선하겠다고 한다 체크인시 불친절함을 약간 느꼈다. 귀찮은듣한... 이것저것 물어보고 싶었으나 패스 다른 인원 체크인때 보니 굳이 동양인이라고 차별하는 것은 아닌듣 하고 그냥 귀찮은듣 2. 객실은 크다 관리는 보통 수준의 관리가 되있다 발코니는 있으나 발코니 금연 청소 인원에게 수건 하나더 줄수있는지 물어보았으나 혼자 묵기때문에 기준 수량만 준다는...... 3. 위치는 훌륭하다 호텔 자체가 경치가 되는 듣한 느낌 관광 위치의 중앙이다

It’s old property was probably built during the Stalin era. The location is great being right on shopping area. Metro is close and although much is a furniture should be remodeled. It does bring you back in time as you walk through the hotel lights are off during the day and kind of dark hallways.

Great location, with views. Near city center, shops, and walking distance to historic cathedrals. Super clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom area. Purchase the breakfasts here…fabulous!

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but well maintained. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent are reasonably priced! I recommend staying here

This hotel is a relic from the Cold War but with some updates. It is not fancy but good basic lodging with a large buffet breakfast, reasonable rates, and a great location. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Big issues with the warm water !
Even tho its quite known hotel and central , the badrums are in terrible condition aswell as the water temperature is so low undependently if its hot or cold. I was unable to take a relaxing shower !

Excellent place to stay in Kyiv.
Ukraine hotel location is excellent. I couldn’t ask a better location. Friendly nice staff and breakfast was delicious and various items. I have no complaints but I think the amount of rate they charge they need to upgrade/ modernisation. Furnitures are back dated but still okay but they need urgent attention to upgrade Bathroom/toilet. I would stay here again because of excellent location and fairly nice front office staff.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were excellent, no issues there. now to the bad stuff. The Food, Breakfast was included but was more often than not cold, even the hot food. Unless you got there within the first 30 minutes. the Hotel is very dated , great if you like 70 and 80s Soviet chic. The fridge didn't work they have a real phobia around fire risk. apparently hairdryers and TV's are OK but not a fridge. Only other thing was there were 4 days around the middle of my stay with no maid service at all. Otherwise great location and great staff. it's OK but it will be a last resort if I stay there again.

Super easy check in with a very friendly hostess on reception. Lovely, clean room with a fantastic city view. Lots of space! Great buffet breakfast. I can't fault this fantastically located hotel.

Gitmeden önce yorumları okumuştum. Genelin söylediği üzere sıcak su yok ama tuhaf yanı akşamları yok gündüz kaynar su akıyor. Otel çok eski ama güzel, yüksek tavanlı eskileri yansıtan mobilyalarıyla biz çok beğendik. Temizdi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi ama bir Türk kahvaltısı değil tabiki zeytin, peynir çeşitlilikleri yok. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Son gün valizleri bırakıp uçak saatine kadar gezmek istedik yardımcı oldular. Bagaj odası var, oradaki hanımefendi çok güler yüzlüydü, oteldeki en güler yüzlü çalışan diyebilirim :)

It’s unbelievable that this hotel would charge this much for how terrible its condition is. There was an old smelly mattress in the hallway. The room had broken blinds on the window. The ac looked like it hasn’t worked since 1972. Honestly, pay a bit more and save yourself from this disaster. I never want to be mean in my reviews but this hotel is a whole new level of hell.

It was a nice stay, however, the staff has to speak Ukrainian first and not Russian while greeting a new guest and during their stay - that was the only disappointment I had. The rest was good and they have very delicious breakfasts.

Great location! Try to get an upper floor with a front (Maidan plaza) facing balcony. Breakfast is good. Several Kyiv Metro stops are nearby and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There's a NOVUS supermarket on the bottom floor of the GLOBUS mall that is right in front of the hotel, where you can buy snacks, water, beer, etc. for your room or for day trips to Chernobyl, etc. Great Soviet-era iconic hotel right in the heart of Kyiv. Recommended!

Hotel was a bit dated but very clean. The room was pretty cold and we couldn’t make it warmer despite the radiator being on full. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as they didn’t refill anything once it had run out.
