Airport shuttle, reasonable price

This is an older hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport. Employees were all friendly and helpful. They were somewhat confused with the hotels.com reservation but let us stay anyway.

Modern hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights at the start and end of our visit to Rwanda. Transport was waiting for us at the airport and took us swiftly to the hotel. We were decamped for the first night to an annex due to the hotel being full - this was ok but a bit of a time warp as it was an older building. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, but not the "superior" room we had booked. On our return, however, we were upgraded to a superior suite, which more than compensated for the first room. We had a living area with kitchen facilities, en-suite bedroom and an additional toilet - all very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet-style and freshly prepared, with ample choice.

I had a change of heart

The hotel was overbooked. I was therefore given a room that was far from what I had paid for. I had to share a shower and toilet facilities with others. No AC, no TV, no phone, etc. However, on the last day, the hotel gave me a mini suit. The hotel staff is a plus. Great people right from the Sales Manager, Nepo. They were excellent. Because of them,, I will stay in the hotel again and will recommend it.
