My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food from the restaurant was also amazing. I honestly ate almost the same dish every day because it was that good! I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special and made the experience even better. The only bad part of my stay was having to go back to Philadelphia! 😂 I will definitely be returning to Quality Inn when I come back to Kigali. Highly recommend!

First, it's a hidden gem. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. Now how about the African coffee, ah so smooth and the taste was incredible. The best I have had so far. The staff genuinely care about you and would support you from pickup to drop off(if you request). The garden area needs some attention though, I think the grass is overgrown and should regularly be cut. Oh by the way, I love the city view from room... Came out every Morning just to have a view and take pictures

Very low water pressure in the shower and no hot water except sometimes intermittently with cold water. The venue is at best 2.5 stars. Staff are very hospitable and caring but unfortunately some don’t speak English well enough and communication is lost in translation. The breakfast is poor and no point in saying it is included with the room. The WiFi doesn’t work. The food is Ok. The menu is very limited and best you dine somewhere else. The room is nice and clean.
