It set the tone for my entire trip to Kenya. This hotel is very well managed. The food at their restaurant is delicious, and the executive chef is very active with the guests inside and outside of the restaurant. 10 out of 10. I will definitely return "

"It was my worst check-in ever due to some misunderstanding, confusion, and a hostile front desk woman. After 1.5 hours, a wonderful person sorted things out and checked me in. From there on it was a wonderful stay. All other staff (including guest relations managers) I encountered were friendly and warm."
