โWe stay at The Yard for 8 nights. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the office employees were very friendly. We appreciated the frozen โlight mealsโ that were included in our very reasonable room rate. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our only complaint would be that the completely asphalted property has very poor drainage, so when we had an extremely rainy day our shoes got soaked walking onto the property to access our unit. โ
โThis place was amazing - pretty much a fabulous sushimi restaurant with a guesthouse on top. We (family of 5) had the run of the place and were treated to exceptional dinners and breakfast everyday.
The owner even took us out one night with kitchen leftovers so the kids could feed the local deer.
If you stay here, come hungry to every dinner!โ
โThe room is nice and the biggest we have had in Japan. It was very quite at night since there was only one other guest but on a different floor. Great free drip coffee and chill area downstairs.
The self check-in was easy if you use the pre-check in option. There is no staff but everything is explained very well with pictures in the book that is provided.โ
