Lovely rooms, stylishly appointed. Felt luxurious. Lovely breakfast and dinner in the adjacent restaurant. Staff all lovely. My only gripe was no fridge in the room but everything else was top notch.

Perfection

I just love staying in the Silken Thomas, it has evertything and more than would be expected for the price range ! From checking in to checking out its top class. Special mention of Beata the Accommodation Manager, she makes everyone so well and keep such high standards, she is a wonderful asset to the Silken Thomas. I love staying there and often use it as a base, even for Dublin. I look forward to returning. The range of food is always great with very fast service.

From the moment we arrived up to the time we departed we were met with such friendliness. Staff absolutely wonderful. Nothing too much for them.We dined there for dinner 3 nights and breakfast 3 times, food fantastic.

Fabulous hotel

Silken Thomas was a fabulous stop on our 10 day trip to Ireland. The staff was so helpful and friendly at check in. Dinner and breakfast were great and the atmosphere was so nice. The room was beautiful. We stayed here for our last night, prior to flight out of Dublin. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the Post master accommodation at the Silken Thomas. Room very clean,spacious and had tea,coffee and bottles of water for us to use. We ate in their restaurant and the service was 1st class. Good sized well cooked and presented food at very reasonably priced menu. Will definitely recommend and we will mist definitely stay here and eat here again

Great place to eat and sleep!

Our stay on Silken Thomas was awesome! The room was cozy and clean! The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a fan for the room because it was really hot that day and it made a huge difference. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place for staying and/or having a meal.

We had a very good experience overall. The staff were great. Beote looked after us very well. The room was spotless, decor lovely and really warm. Breakfast was great, cooked to order. The only issue was the noise at nighttime with people coming in from the pub.
