The owner met us at the door and showed us upstairs to our choice of two available rooms, both more than equal to our needs. He brought us a liter bottle of fresh water and visited a few minutes, explaining where to find coffee, tea and ice. “Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed and goodies in the room like tea, water, coffee, sweets and fruit. Great views and right on the water. The host Clodagh is a wonderful person, a breath of fresh air; she is incredibly kind and generous and very helpful in providing tips on where to eat at night and making reservations.
