“It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 ”

“I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.”

“A business trip, so didn’t actually as much time in the hotel as I’d have liked in order to explore it. But the breakfast experience and interactions with the staff were all really good. Very comfortable room, surprised there were no USB sockets - but that tiny detail aside - very happy. The parking option is ideal. Located right next to a multi-level car park, once you register your car at check-in, the access to come and go is automatic, no faffing around and there’s access from the car park...

“Loved everything about it, BUT, why was there no place to put all our folded clothes???? A hanging closet with hangers did not work at all for my friend & I. We stayed in a gorgeous room & spent all our time in a room with luggage spewing all our clothes, looking on our knees on the floor in the stacks of clothes. Why is there no place to put your clothes?? Sweaters, socks, underwear, T-shirts Bathing suits, etc.. A huge mess our entire stay. This makes NO sense. We were NOT happy!!!!”
