"Great location. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment style kitchen was very functional to make breakfast before exploring Melbourne. Gym is adequate. The sauna was not working over our stay was the only minor issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Pillows are not great and there is a lot of noise in the hallway throughout the night and early morning. When we checked in we mentioned that we needed the shuttle bus for a Qantas 7.30 am flight but the one who checked us in never said we needed to book for that service. He merely advised it runs every 15 mins just come down. But we were very glad the next morning the two staff at the reception sorted us out. It is very much appreciated they made all the difference as well as the driver of the first service that assisted. "

"Upgraded to a Superior King on level 16…happy and pleasantly surprised. Happy with the cleanliness, the staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast included was sufficient. The only downside was the noise during the day due to work being done and at night due to traffic. Even though I was on level 16 the traffic could be heard quite loudly. Better soundproofing is needed as the banging of doors from other rooms was quite loud."
