"Great place to stay"

"Good stay, great staff, the didn’t clean our room the second day by the time we realized it everybody was gone that’s probably the only downfall of this particular stay. "

"Pulled in with half of Santa Ana police dept at the hotel, Room wasn’t very clean, sketchy parking lot with drug deals going down in plain sight and a crack pipe on the ground right outside the door. Staff was nice but def would not recommend. I travel for work about 180 days a year and stay in a lot of hotels but this by far was one to remember. "

"Racist staff"

"The window above the shower was opened and we didn’t notice for a few hours after we got there and people had used the restroom. That made us very uncomfortable. The beds are small. They aren’t queen size at all they are full. So fitting a family of 5 was very rough. It’s good enough if you just need somewhere to sleep when going to the parks. Breakfast was ok. "

"The staff from the moment we pulled up was extremely helpful and friendly. The room and general areas were very clean and well kept up. We had a great time at the recreation deck and overall had a wonderful experience and stay!"

"When checking in, there was no staff at the front desk, they had a bell to ring for service which I had to flaring twice and waited anywhere from 20 to 20 minutes for staff to assist with check-in. Housekeeping had just left the room as I parked right in front of my room but still the bathroom was not very clean and the room floor was still dirty, looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable."

"Too rude"

"It was super close to the shopping center. The staff was great. My kids loved the room and the pool. We are big on privacy so it was one of the few places that offered a separate room from living room with a door. Breakfast was great. They don’t have a full size fridge and the bathrooms are always small but over all for 4 people the room was perfect. We will be going back for sure. The price is very decent in our opinion."
