Gute Unterkunft auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht

Trotz Corona wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Hausherr gab mir freundlich Auskunft auf alle Fragen. Ich war im originellen Times Zimmer untergebracht. Auf der Durchreise an die Küste nach Durban blieb ich eine Nacht im gepflegten Hotel. Der Hotelpool war etwas gar klein.

Gut für Zwischenübernachtung

Gutes Zimmer, sauber, gutes Frühstück, Umgebung etwas merkwürdig, was aber auf die ganze Stadt zutrifft. Wenn man denn in Mthatga übernachten möchte, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Internet schwach, Grundstück gesichert. Sehr netter Service.

An interesting local hotel in Umtata (Mthatha)

An interesting local hotel. Amenities more than adequate. Fine as a stop for traveling through. Dinner and breakfast were included in our rate (both were fine), which is fortunate because the hotel is really out of the way in a suburb of Umtata. You need GPS to find it. WiFi access was difficult.

overnight stay in Mthatha

Very helpful manager who made our stay the best it could be. Rooms were distinctive with names for each room and very nice breakfast included. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and Mandela Museum.

Great place to stay in Mthatha

This lodge is a bit hard to find, but once inside the gates the staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. They provided a great welcome after a very long drive. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the heater worked!! A very comfortable, restful stay.

Nice place to stop

Solid. Nice enough place to stay. Strange, but fun, decor. We arranged for dinner and it was quite nice, though a bit overpriced. Breakfast was nice but arrived 45 minutes after we had arranged for it. Overall, a good place to stay - huge room, secure parking, very safe and a great space. I would recommend to other traveling to or through Mthatha.

Modern and comfortable hotel with great staff.

Arrived late due to traffic problems, very courteous welcome and lovely hot meal from Sisa. Quiet and comfortable overnight and perfect breakfast, Sisa certainly knows the meaning of true hospitality.

A pleasant experience.

A dog barked waking us up! Manager said if we had called him he would have interceded. I believe him. On arrival the welcome was great and the hospitality refreshing. As the weather turned cold the heater was put on for us, food ordered and enjoyed right where we sat.
