โThe staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!โ
โProperty was exactly as pictured. Even better! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating. The owner was super sweet and made sure we were good. I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again! โ
โThe garden area felt like a little slice of paradise with bunnies running around freely helping to maintain the grass - as well as donkeys. Monkeys were climbing in the trees, and occasionally a large turtle would cross the lawn. The place itself was very calming and the staff sweet and helpful.โ

โI really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. โ
โPeaceful spot just outside Arusha, with lots of monkeys hanging around outside to watch as you chill with a drink. The pool was lovely and the whole place has a premium feel with great service. Would definitely come back - this was the perfect start to my safari hol as a solo 30yo female traveller :)โ
โThe views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience.
The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited...

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were outstanding and the quality of the food was excellent.
Also having the beautiful gardens to wander around watching the wild birds and three species of monkey was unforgettable.
