“Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable. If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside. Would definitely stay again.”

There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place ”

“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

“What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. Theresa is a great host. We actually had a problem with the smoke alarm on our first night, completely out of her control, but she got it sorted straight away with great...

“Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. ”
