This is nothing but a two bedroom apartment, with nothing else attached to it. The apartment is not attached to house, it is a two bedroom apartment in a complex with 9 other very large apartments as shown in the photos. We are listed as a guest apartment fully furnished with the comforts of home. This is not the best fit for a business traveler looking to call room service to order meals, or to go downstairs to the business center print documents. This "Guest Apartment" is a great fit for someone who wants all the comforts of home.

If you were to look at things from a price per square feet prospective, Casa Tianna is the best 2 bedroom value in all of Kingston. Not only is the apartment spacious, the apex of the ceiling is 27 feet. The apartment has a very high vaulted ceiling. It is very easy to forget you are in an apartment.

You are spot on in your description and we encourage anyone looking for something like this to come stay with us. This is your third time with us now but, we are sure that it wont be your last. We look forward to seeing you again!

I assure all reading this reservation the there is no scam as our listing on this website goes back years as well as our record for great service and customer satisfaction. As GM I personally invested hours into learning what went wrong which delayed this response and ensure you we fixed it. I will share what I discovered but let me share the results first. We were able to give this guest a voucher for a free two week stay. A cost shared with Expedia 50/50 as they admitted their fault. We enrolled Mark in additional training as well. Tammy booked a (3) night stay and did not share the details with her mother - the traveler. It was very unfortunate to have her family arriving to an empty property and a locked gate. On the listing the instructions for check-in request that the guest call us in advance. 3pm is the starting time for check-in, but we allow early check-in where available. We had no form of communicate as the number Expedia provided for the guest was an old disconnected landline number. Tammy gave her mom our address and nothing more. Tammy did not call us or Expedia until over a week later and this is when we learnt the her mom arrived at 4am, up until then we had her as a no show and so did Expedia. This is where we (Mark) messed up. We did not invest the time into finding out what went wrong. We hastily denied this guest a refund which she deserves, despite not giving her mother the details or calling us or Expedia on the day of arrival. This is not our first guest who did not follow check-in policy and it is not going to be our last. We value all the guest who book with us and this is why we fought very hard to ensure Tammy received a refund and a free two weeks stay courtesy of us and Expedia. I am Kevin and I will always ensure all our guests are treated well.
