The space was just as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful balcony that added so much charm to the experience. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, keeping everything fresh, and the host was incredibly friendly . The location is central, making it easy to explore the area. Just a couple of things to note: it's close to a busy road, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Also, a Netflix option on the TV would be a nice addition. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Was very clean and private enough had my family come check me and take menout on the road communication was fairly easy was left alone to my own till check out day besides housekeeping which wasnt daily but she comes enough where u can tell her wjats needed or missing most definitely looking to book again but cant seem to find the apartment on here again..

I take this apartment for the location is my 3rd time staying here... i was disappointed that the oven didn't work the extreme tiny trash can if your expecting to have a bunch of extras added don't its none only one bar of soap n a tissue roll.. old out dated kitchen appliances was highly disappointed in that ... but other than that i. Love staying here for other reasons ... for the most part checking in is getting a bit better each time...they do have a lady come n do light cleaning unannounced like once or twice depending on how long you stay... if u want a cozy lil spot to that's close to halfwaytree n otherareas this place kool mon

The cleaning fee is almost the price of 1 night's stay! You have to pay in cash. I gave a c-note and i got change in usd and JMD. I didn't see this until after 6pm the day before my checkin, and at that point canceling would have cost me the entire reservation price. I want happy. The place is not luxurious. 1 TV and 1 ac unit. In the bedroom. No elevator, so you will have to drag your luggage up to the third floor. The place is old and needs attention. DON'T LET THE WORD LUXURY FOOL YOU, IT IS FAR FROM LUXURIOUS.

Upon arrival with my 92 years old mom and myself who has health issues, it was quite noticeable that we had to climb the stairs. I asked the lady taking us to our room where is the elevator and she replied there is none. Climbing 3 flights of stairs was the most inconveniences of all because it inhibited us from going out as we would like. Since we had to stay in, we needed to watch tv and sometimes the cable wasn’t working. Due to my health concerns and diet, I needed to use the oven which was told to me on my first night of arrival that it wasn’t working. Pots, knives, cutting boards were old, stripping, dirty and needed to be discarded. I communicated all this to the 4 people on the WhatsApp group that they added me to so I could reach someone if I needed them and unfortunately it wasn’t so. The only person I saw, spoke with and showed any level of compassion to my concerns and inconveniences was the lady who took me to the apartment. Both owners of the condo were on this WhatsApp group and they never responded to any of my concerns. Their unkind and unprofessional behaviors affected my mental and physical health where it seems like my medications didn’t help the pain. I had to pay to get massage. The only response from the owners was when they forced me to pay cash for the second apartment that they transferred me to due to their inconveniences. I asked to pay with credit card and that’s when the conversation got heated and I had to pay the cash. They ruined my vacation

Stay here from 3/26 to 3/29. Wonderful nice quiet. The only this about the place is nothing. Nice place to be at. The vehicle that honk there horn , that's just typical and normal in Jamaica. Those horn or like music to my ears.

The renting Agent Janice is very professional and helpful, however the TV has no channels, the Air conditioning can not be regulated, the remote does not work , not even ON or OFF, the apartment requires plumbing work both in the kitchen and the bathroom, you can barley get hot water to flow out of the shower, overall the place is quite, if not those inconveniences my time there would have been great

I love that the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The owners were very nice and when I had an issue they got right on it. One thing that I didn't know and didn't see when booked was that they didn't allow kids which was a huge disappointment. Every other day we had someone clean which was nice. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

Hospitality was exceptional. Felt like home from home. Great reception pack and the introduction to the local environment was very much appreciated. At times the local traffic noise was a little excessive but with the other service and reception this was never an issue. We had a great time. Finally, just to say this is not a facility suitable for disability access.

The apartment was convenient for what i needed to do. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 28 stairs, to the top. It is on the street side so traffic noise is ever present. The housekeeper is scheduled to come every other day, which was not communicated to me and caused a little problem so you need to get that clarified right away. Communication with office produced quick results, ie toilet paper was replenished when asked. This is my 2nd stay here and was surprised the the starter breakfast foods of cereal, milk bread, eggs and juice were not left as they were last year, just 2 bottles of water. This necessitated a trip to the supermarket. Otherwise this is a nice respite.

The listing is as photographed. The apartment is clean and the AC and water pressure works. The location was ideal for my needs during my trip. Although the apartment isn’t new, it’s well kept and maintained. I felt that it was a fair deal for the cost. However, the management team is the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. I sent a message for clarification regarding additional fees requested and the response I received (sent via multiple voice messages) was inappropriate, condescending and rude. It wasn’t until I sent screenshots of the information posted online that was unclear did I receive an apology. All of this occurred before I even arrived at the property. That type of behavior should never happen and if it wasn’t a busy time, I would have found another place to stay. The check-in process could be improved as well. When everything was said and done and I arrived at the building after they told me the room would be ready, I still had to wait over twenty minutes for someone to arrive. The food provisions didn’t arrive till about an hour later. When the room was cleaned, the garbage hadn't been taken out nor were the towels changed. As far as amenities, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and no paper towel (to dry your hands) in the kitchen.

The communication for my bookings was efficient and prompt. The apt is on the 3rd floor, the agent was at the apt when I arrived and gave me a tour. It was spotless clean. A very quiet community the pool area was great, lounge chairs a little dated, not a deal breaker at all. Lovely big balcony. Apt faces the street on Hope Road. The traffic was a little loud in the morning (I bought earplugs and all was great). 5 Minute walk to Bob Marley Museum. It is everything you need in a great location. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

This property is beautiful! Pictures are representative of how it looks. Light, airy 2 rooms, large veranda facing the street, which produces a lot of noise until midnight. The owner provides eggs, bread cereal, milk and juice to get your day started. The small gated community is quiet, not difficult to walk around. The pool could use some repairs but is functional with chairs and tables for your use. I enjoyed my stay tnere, wish I had found it sooner and will rent this property again.
