This is a guesthouse i read the details before i book so i knew what i was booking it is not a hotel so if you are looking to stay at a hotel try marriot,spanish court etc because people dont understand that a bookingsite advertise different properties. My stay here was lovely samantha is a wonderful host she ensure i was well taken care of and had all the neccessary info to enjoy my trip.The room was clean and modern and bed comfortable continental breakfast was fullfilling i would stay here again for sure.

I booked this property with my sister to be closer to family in Kingston and I’ve never regretted it so much. Upon arrival the staff was not very welcoming she was more board and uninterested. I booked a one bedroom which was basically in reception where the staff was I have never seen anything like it in my life, this made me feel like I had no privacy as every morning I got up there was staff right outside my door. The receptionist gave me a book of rules to sign which was not on the website when I booked, these rules consisted of: No guest are allowed in your room i booked for 2 persons so only 2 people where aloud in the room secondly all guests that come and see you have to report to the pool they are not allowed anywhere else in the hotel, at the pool there are 3 broken chairs which should be moved for health and safety and around 2 working chairs. Any guests that come and see you have to leave the premises by 9PM. There is only one designated location for smoking which is by the pool with no ash tray and no chairs or bins. I was then told by different members of staff you couldn’t smoke by the pool or balcony so it was very confusing. I had several incidents with the security at the front gate which was not addressed by the manager or any of the main working staff in the building. There is slim, black, bold man who kept on watching and sexually Harassing me and my younger sister. He would talk sexually to me and watch me from different angles of the hotel

I hated the fact the hotel showed available rooms allow you to book and confirm room an upon arrival no one is at the gate and no one is answering the hotel phone it was a terrible experience

Dear Patricia, You did not stay at our property your booking was rejected by the manager because you insisted that your entire family stay in one apartment and sleep on sofa and the ground which is not accept expedia and hotel.com need to do more in stopping people from making malicious reviews reviews should be from genuine guest who stayed at an establishment.

This is a nice hotel and the staff was friendly
This is a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. Only issue was there was no elevator so I had to climb the stairs. Will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly satisfied
I was sceptical about booking because of the rating, however after taking the chance and I was pleasantly surprised! The location is excellent not far from the town, and amenities. The compound was immaculate and so was the guest house and room. The pool was clean and the area just breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again! The staff is also very polite and helpful. There is AC which you can control, a very clean personal bathroom lots of closet space. A tv with cable and big windows. Remote operated gates for safety and a guard at the gatehouse. The area was quite peaceful and serene! Loved it!!

Could be a very nice to stay if management was different. He was rude. Need more opinions on TV, like Fox, CNN, NBC, MSNBC. I will be willing to pay a little more to have the rooms cleaned on a regular basis.

My stay at paradise place was one of my best vacations on the island thus far from the staff to the environment my room was exceptional fairly new complex in a great location. I dont understand the reviews i see about place not been an hotel i think people need to open their eyes and read they never advertised as a hotel they advertised as renting guest rooms you also have access to use a full kitchen to prepare your meals this place is lovely if you want a hotel book pegasus,knutsford or any of the other hotels but this place if you want comfort ,quietness and to be able to cook your meals then look no further.

When I saw the apartment from the outside it was nice then when I saw the inside it was just as nice! Staff was kind. The only downfall was the bed it was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was great though.

I thought I was getting a private room. But It was a two bedroom apartment. I got a room lock the door left, came back few hours later doors were open. Make sure I lock the door second time come back in early morning hours doors open a gone. come to find out multiple people come in and out. Had to find somewhere else to secure my valuable stuff for the rest of my stay. This place is good for one night stand.

the property is listed as a shared communal GUEST HOUSE. you did receive a private room. once your room door was lock no one could enter. Misleading statement here.

Poor Customer Relationship
Last week Monday (August 15, 2016) I went to 25 Waterloo Road Kingston Jamaica, to take-up possession of accommodation base on mutual promises via email (Confirmation number: 8092369950595). During the handing-over oration with your local Caretaker (Mr. Dane). He total me that, He had discovered only $63.00 taken off my credit card for the six nights (August 15 to August 21, 2016), so the remaining amount must be paid to him in cash before I can take up occupancy for the other 5 nights. I had no cash “in hand”, so I try to call you on your given toll free telephone number with no avail. The only settlement we could attain after lengthy discussion was for me to stay only one night (August 15) which would be covered with the $63.00 because I had no cash and your email to Dane, had saying that you had problem with my credit card. I stayed just the one night, checked out the following morning and stopover with friend for the remaining days. I am very flabbergasted to learned from my bank today that you have pullout a total of $ 153.00 ($63+$90) from my credit card for hotel accommodation. Based on the fact sighted on the matter, you are being asked to replace the $90 to my credit card account because no contract was broken on my part. I would have stayed at your guesthouse for the 6 nights if the credit card payment had gone through or if your Caretaker did allowed me to stay until the credit card situation amended. Han som har hand om uthyrningen är jätte trevlig, hjälpsam och alltid tillgänglig. Bara att fråga så försöker han hjälpa till. Rummet är stort och fräscht, det gemensamma köket och vardagsrummet är också stort och fräscht. Det finns en pool som man oftast har för sig själv. Parkering precis utanför. Alltid vakter i området. My fiance and I stayed a total of 11 days during the island's carnival season. Let me tell you, this place is definitely worth it for the length we stayed for. With it so hot in Jamaica, the room air conditioning gets nice and cold, sometimes to cold lol. The house manager checked in with us daily to accommodate our needs. It has a kitchen with cooking ware so that you can cook. Usain Bolt's restaurant is right up the street..this location was about 8-10 mins from everything we wanted to see in Kingston. We definitely will be back again and again! Thanks Impecable!

Worst booking experience ever
I made my booking 10 days ahead of the check in date. I called the number on the confirmation which I printed. The representative/agent for the Guest house told me everything was indeed confirmed and explained how to get the keys or they would be there on my arrival. they went as far as to explain Air conditioning was an extra charge and I approved the additional charge to my Credit Card for that comfort. Satisfied that everything was in order, I had no reason to worry. Less than six hours to check in,thats right...on thye day of check in, I am telephoned to be told by that they are overbooked and I have no longer have accomodation with them!!! Trying to find excuses that billing and credit card information were missing from my booking....uhmm...The booking cant go through without that information, so, how was I sitting with the printed confirmation in my hand? So I was left, 'on the street', with no accommodation. Had to get a telephone directory and go through the old fashioned calling and driving around to look at places to stay....on I day I had no time to spare. I wish there were a negative score I could give this Guest House. My pre-Halloween Horror House.
