Last week Monday (August 15, 2016) I went to 25 Waterloo Road Kingston Jamaica, to take-up possession of accommodation base on mutual promises via email (Confirmation number: 8092369950595). During the handing-over oration with your local Caretaker (Mr. Dane). He total me that, He had discovered only $63.00 taken off my credit card for the six nights (August 15 to August 21, 2016), so the remaining amount must be paid to him in cash before I can take up occupancy for the other 5 nights.
I had no cash “in hand”, so I try to call you on your given toll free telephone number with no avail. The only settlement we could attain after lengthy discussion was for me to stay only one night (August 15) which would be covered with the $63.00 because I had no cash and your email to Dane, had saying that you had problem with my credit card. I stayed just the one night, checked out the following morning and stopover with friend for the remaining days.
I am very flabbergasted to learned from my bank today that you have pullout a total of $ 153.00 ($63+$90) from my credit card for hotel accommodation.
Based on the fact sighted on the matter, you are being asked to replace the $90 to my credit card account because no contract was broken on my part. I would have stayed at your guesthouse for the 6 nights if the credit card payment had gone through or if your Caretaker did allowed me to stay until the credit card situation amended.
