"Overall, my stay at Sherwood Hotel was good. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was also very nice and cozy, which made the stay comfortable. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I ordered a fish dish, but the staff brought out chicken instead. Although they offered to replace it, the restaurant was closing at 8:30 PM and it was already around 8:10 PM. Waiting for a new dish would mean we couldn’t dine in, so we had no choice but to take the food back to our room. While I appreciated the staff’s attitude, the meal was not what I ordered and not what I expected, which affected the overall dining experience."
