Polite and courteous, willing to take time to engage in conversation, from the doorman through to the cleaners, service in the restaurant and the bar second to none. I was allowed to keep my road bike in my room and the welcome pack of energy bars and supplements due to doing the Ring of Kerry Charity ride was a totally unexpected treat, that just goes to show how they make your stay personal. When we return to Killarney the Great Southern will be our hotel of choice."
