Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Stranded at Cosy Garden

I wish to let you know that the hotel was over booked and upto today. They have never refunded me my money. I was stranded in the middle of the night.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2019
