"This hotel is my favorite to stay at in Tokyo. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The staff is incredibly friendly. It is quiet at night, and has plenty of restaurants and a conbini within just a couple minutes walk. It is also super close to the Ikebukuro metropolitan exit. The convenience can't be beat."

"This hotel has rooms that are identical to the ones in other Apa and LiveMax hotels. The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are small to the point that navigating the room with two people with suitcases is a challenge, but otherwise have everything I needed, like plenty of outlets for two people to charge all of their electronics at the same time. One good thing about this room that I haven't seen in any of the other similar rooms I've stayed in in Tokyo and Osaka is that the bed was tall enough that we were able to slide our large suitcases underneath it, which is a game-changer for tiny rooms like this. There still isn't much room to take your suitcase out, open it up, and go through it, but if you alternate, you'll have space (one person takes their suitcase out while the other person's suitcase is stored underneath the bed). Lastly, if you're traveling alone, this room, while small, is plenty large enough for my needs, and all of the difficulties with the small size come from sharing the room with another person."

"Very Lively area. Nearby shops and train station East exit. I went there using Airport limousine but got the taxi to Nippori and then skyliner when going home. The receptionist area is very helpful and friendly especially when we went home. Helped us book a taxi since it was raining very hard. We got the room with breakfast at Denys."

"Hotel was fine…convenient for its location by having a mall attached, and a stop for airport coach right at the front entrance of property…however, I think hotel management should have the consideration to the customer’s emergency situation…I prepaid my booking in advance…this was not my only stay…at least, this was my 2nd time (in January) within 3 months…this time, my hometown was hit by a severe snow storm…airport was completely shut down for days…road conditions were not safe to drive at all for a week and more…schools were closed for the same…some people just work at home due to the factors of after storm conditions especially with ice rain…so I decided to cancel the trip after just stayed for 1 day instead of staying for the whole time that I prepaid for…otherwise I would be stuck in Japanese for a long time…checked with Expedia, I was told that I need to check directly with the hotel…so spoke with the property manager for refunding the unused days due to the unexpected circumstances instead of getting stranded here in Japanese with the unknown duration for the storm but was declined…I would think that Expedia should help on customers to communicate with the hotel, and the management of the hotel should give the consideration of these abnormal circumstances…especially it was on the news everywhere about the weather problems…being a loyal customer, I do feel that it was a very disservicing and disappointing experiences."

"We stayed at this facility for a week while exploring Tokyo. We picked this hotel for its price and proximity to the subways/trains. The room itself was small, but totally manageable for two people and their luggage. We loved having a Lawson's just outside the hotel, too. That was extremely convenient. The staff was nice, but as for helpfulness, it entirely depends on who's managing the desk. We tried asking about luggage transfer services one night and the staff knew nothing. Tried again the next morning and got answers. It was a good stay for the most part. We did love the proximity it had to Tokyo Dome City as there were BTS festivities happening while we were visiting."
