Location was good, 10 mins walk from Ikebukuro station. Hotel was nice and amenities were good. Only downside was that I had stayed at the Asakusa location right before this and the whole vibe of that place was amazing so this one felt very stark in contrast.

Thank you to the Dormy Inn Ikebukuro for a great stay! 😃 The staff treated us so well! The property was clean & well maintained with awesome amenities. They had a complementary coffee station in the lobby & a nice welcome treat in the room fridge upon arrival. Decent sized room compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. But the natural hotspring was absolutely the best amenity! This made our stay extra relaxing after hectic days out & about in this busy city. Thanks Dormy Inn for a wonderful stay!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Daily morning Yakult and nightly ramen are wonderful perks. Welcome water bottle and snacks in the refrigerator included in our room rate. Laundry is available inside the hotel - Free wash, coin dry. The hotel can store your luggage prior to checking in, and they can help you coordinate luggage forwarding service through Yamato Transport (for a fee, cash only). Convenient location if Sunshine City is your main destination, although the walk to Ikebukuro Station is a bit far (about 15 minutes). Our party did not use their hot springs but you should definitely check it out.

We loved this hotel! The onsen was awesome and so relaxing. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The only concern we had was that the pillows were so hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, this is a great hotel! It is so close to Sunshine City, a huge mall in Ikebukuro.

We always stay at Dormy Inn chain as facilities are good and onsen is a must for us. Staff are friendly too. Recommended hotel!!

Wonderful hotel that was conveniently located to many shops & restaurants while also highly walkable to Ikebukuro Station. Area was quiet & safe. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, amenities were generous & the restaurant was excellent.
