"Clean room and kind staff."

"Clean and spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast options were fantastic and a mix of local specialities and western comforts. The amenities were also very handy."

"Clean and spacious room! Very convenient location!"

"Very thoughtful staff and good experience!"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"This is a fantastic hotel. Great front desk staff, great onsen, and a really good location right by Kumamoto station. From here you can catch the tram into the city centre."

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the railway station. Shopping arcade,a mall and a temple are all within walking distance.
