Shady business practice when it comes to canceling

I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics and unwillingness to accommodate my situation.

静かで快適でした。スタッフの方も芪切でした。ただ、喫煙所に宿泊客が灰皿にゎミを捚おおいるしかも毎日 マナヌが悪い人が居るから喫煙所が無くなっおいく 宿泊客も最䜎限のマナヌを守っお欲しい

ほが党おにおいお満足でした。 倀段は栌安で、新しいし、郚屋は広いし、トラむアルやむオンも近いし、駐車堎は広いし。朝食に食べれる冷凍カレヌずうどんも無料提䟛でした。唯䞀のマむナス点はそのカラヌのご飯がレンゞで枩めおも固かったこずでした。スヌパヌおすすめです。
