“Horrible experience! Staff was very slow and room service was disappointing! Room was outdated and appliances/lights barely worked. However, nothing compares to the elevator. There was an elevator malfunction and it slammed shut quickly on my toddlers head!!! The hotel staff apologized but to what point? Never would recommend this hotel to anyone and this definitely should not be 5 stars!!!”

“We had an amazing stay at hotel Dormero. The hotels right in front of the beach which made it very convenient for us to go around swimming and other beach activities which were nearby. The room itself was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The staff were very nice and polite. We even had the opportunity to celebrate new years with the staff and eat amazing food. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend. ”

“This was our 2nd stay at the Asian Jewel. Our return was based on our previous experience which was lovely staff, good food, clean and spacious room. The location is out of town but was easy/cheap to get tuk tuks and being situated next to the lagoon allowed us to see lots of beautiful birds from our balcony. Would recommend and hope to return again.”
