“Lyxigt och ombonat hotell med fantastisk frukost. Superbra personal. Vacker trädgård med en badbar damm. Poolanläggning inomhus med 2 mindre pooler. Den ena med bubbelfunktion som tyvärr avgav irriterande klor. Mycket fina rum med hårda sängar. Delvis störande genomfartstrafik beroende på rum.”

“My first visit to Kitzbuel was fantastic, one of reasons were hotel services we got. The status of room were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The furniture was bread new, I felt. I and my husband were little anxious before we entered the hotel. Since we were asian, we worried about unkind services and feeling of segregation. However, we were very satisfied about kindness of all staffs. The receptionist women explained kindly about useful information and the waiters served...

“Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich super, auch das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig. Den Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren nachts sehr warm und ein lüften war leider nicht möglich, da starker Güllegeruch von den Wiesen rein kam. Leider war an einer Nacht eine Party bei der nebenan befindlichen Rockbar, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens anhielt. Aber das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet.”
