The hotel is positioned right across from the lake. Beautiful and tranquil property. Breakfast mostly fruits, eggs, juice, coffee and African tea. The rooms need upgrades, remodeling, better colors on the wall, better paintings. TV in the room did not work. WiFi here is terribly bad and horrible. Those things management and owners need to take into account and fix it. Also, when you pay for your stay thru Expedia they automatically receive notification that customer paid but when you check in they keep asking to show proof that you paid which is absurd and ridiculous. Other than that the place is beautifu. From hotel to city center by moto taxi is RFW1,000, don't pay more. Boat ride outside of the hotel is RWF15,000 for one hour. I would not recommend hot spring because is not hygienic, dirty and trashy.

Not the same location we stayed in before. Far inferior. Pictures are not of this property. Room was significantly smaller. It was next to a common area where other guests sat and talked until 0300.

L'hôtel réservé est fermé. On nous a proposé un hôtel en construction portant un autre nom dont la finition n'est pas terminee : chambre non terminée, fils électriques qui traîneent, pas d'eau chaude, lumière passant par la porte mal posée, escalier aux marches toutes inegales très dangereuses ,absence de mains courantes, pas de TV installée, pas de restaurant installée, pas de roof top accessible etc.Des images ont été prises. La réservation ne correpondait en rien à l'hôtel réservé que nous connaissions. Première réservation aec Hotels.com. Inadmissible. Je demande le remboursement de cette nuitée ! terminée costruction dont la finition nest pas acvee
