"The staff is amazing !! All areas are very clean!! Beds are very comfortable!! People of all ages are welcome!! It is quiet!! The cooking and eating area are large and very accommodating!!! I felt at home there and very safe!!! It is in a wonderful location!!! The staff is very helpful and very trustworthy good people!!! They are very quick and kind if you need assistance!! I am 74 years old a female solo traveler and I felt very much at home here!!! I spent many days in this hotel and I can say very honestly I will miss this hotel and the Staff!! The place and the Staff are definitely top notch !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was a shame that the laundry’s dyer was broken but we did our washing anyway. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the dryer. Nice room looking towards the mountains to the south. The hotel is ideally situated for downtown. Restaurants and bars were a walk away. Walking along the harbour side was a great pre or post dinner therapy. We parked on an adjacent street."
