Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue”
