โWe had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags. โLike many historical buildings in Leuven, there's no air-conditioning system in hotel, thus it can be lil hot for some. Additionally the fascilities are quite old and need for revision. However, all the others were excellent!. The staffs were friendly and awesome, and I really enjoyed breakfast. โ
