“Nice breakfast, Nice room and kind staff. And no problem with late checkin-!! I got free room upgrade-!! I think my credit card charged before I arrived, and I payed full charge of my room when I checked out. So, I just wonder when my credit card charge will be cancelled? Thank you.”

“The good - very unique and quaint location, and convenient (right off main road, ski rental and local minimart across the road and 5 min walk to the gondola). Historic building with lots of interesting local ski history. Rooms are renovated with a nice chic style and were clean. Sauna was a highlight. The not so good - for the price expect much much better service. Check-in was unhelpful and uninspiring at best. Zero property information provided upon check-in, and questions were answered...

“Sauberes modernes Zimmer. Spa Bereich schön, wenn leider kurze Öffnungszeiten. Pluspunkt für Parkmöglichkeit. Personal TEILWEISE sehr unprofessionell bzw. Unfreundlich. TEILWEISE im Gegenteil. Hotel ist nicht verkehrt, jedoch habe ich mich als unerwünschter Gast gefühlt. Restaurant Okey. Heusuppe sehr empfehlenswert, Kalbschnitzel 32€! Gar nicht zu empfehlen.”

“The road closed as following two navi(C4 Picasso, Sygic). You can find route other cars going and follow(in a dark high mountain road I almost lost and fell in loop). Here Hotels.com says check in 15:00~19:00 but, reception closed before 16:00 that my booking made at 14:00 was missed(there's one key and memo for another guest's on the desk) and finally got in touch with the host(70km away driving to home). And the answer was my book couldn't find in anywhere(I never have that situation before in...
