Great place that offers an all inclusive stay

People where amazing. Helpful and well informed. Your establishment reminds me of a club med type of stay. Lots to do and the food was very good . Only little dislike: The central air conditioning was noisy

I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Good quality hotel, just don't expect much in terms of atmosphere. Breakfast very good, albeit insanely busy at peak times. Would be nice to have a balcony. The lido next door can be noisy. Overall a pleasant stay

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, war geräumig, aber leider kalt; wir konnten die gewünschte Temperatur nicht richtig einstellen. Das Fehlen eines kleinen Kühlschranks im Zimmer war ein Minuspunkt. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster wirkten die vor den Fenstern anderer Zimmer abgestellten Speisen und Getränke nicht besonders ansprechend. Leider spricht der Wellnessbereich aufgrund einiger Regeln nicht jeden an. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, hat bei uns jedoch wegen kleiner Details einen eher negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Das Hotel war hervorragend, das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen war super lecker und eine tolle Auswahl! Verlängertes Weekend (Fr bis So)

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und haben diesmal das teurere Superior Zimmer gebucht. Beim Checkin haben wir gefragt, ob das Zimmer ruhig sei, was uns versichert wurde. Leider jedoch war das Zimmer direkt über dem Haupteingang (mit Terrasse) wo nebst entsprechender Geräuschkulisse (bis spät in der Nacht) auch die Raucherecke ist. Etwas unschön, dass teurere Superiorzimmer so ungünstig liegen und v.a. dass uns vorgespielt wurde, dass dies ein ruhiges Zimmer sei. Service, Essen (diesmal nur Frühstück) und Infrastrukturen wie erwartet, dem Preis und der Saison angemessen.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und relativ neu. Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem beim Frühstück. Einziges Manko ist der Parkplatz ein paar Meter weiter. Zu wenig Platz für alle Hotelgäste und es wenn andere nicht vernünftig parken gibt es zu wenig Parkplätze. Unter anderem ist ein Schotterhaufen auf einem Parkplatz und Motorräder sollten dort auch nicht parken.

Super Hotel aber vor allem sehr freundlicher Service. An der Frühstückstheke gibt’s die freundlichsten Omeletts und die Rezeption ist sehr Lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dan!
