People where amazing. Helpful and well informed. Your establishment reminds me of a club med type of stay. Lots to do and the food was very good . Only little dislike: The central air conditioning was noisy

I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

Es ist eine rundum schöne Unterkunft mit modernen Zimmern sowie sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im Haus ist hervorragend sowohl das Frühstück wie auch die anderen Gerichte, die man im Restaurant haben kann. Um das Haus gibt es schöne Wege zum Laufen oder auch andere sportliche Aktivitäten sind möglich. Rundum ein zu empfehlendes Hotel, dass wir sicherlich wieder besuchen werden.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und es steht ein Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee bereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und die Eier werden vor Ort frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Das Personal ist top und sehr nett. Der Wellnessbereich ist edel gestaltet und bietet trotz des fehlenden Pools über fünf verschiedene Saunen und Liegeflächen. Bademäntel und Tücher stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, war geräumig, aber leider kalt; wir konnten die gewünschte Temperatur nicht richtig einstellen. Das Fehlen eines kleinen Kühlschranks im Zimmer war ein Minuspunkt. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster wirkten die vor den Fenstern anderer Zimmer abgestellten Speisen und Getränke nicht besonders ansprechend. Leider spricht der Wellnessbereich aufgrund einiger Regeln nicht jeden an. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, hat bei uns jedoch wegen kleiner Details einen eher negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.
