Clean room but someone was smoking on our floor which seeped into our room. Even though there’s no restaurant that’s run by the hotel, it would be nice if the restaurant downstairs would run orders to the rooms. I called and they said they couldn’t (or wouldn’t).

Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! Hilton Knoxville Airport
Room was not clean, bed had large chunk of visible human hair on it and the bathroom sink had hair in it as well. I had to check out that night without laying on the bed. Bad experience. Told the staff at the reception and the situation was not addressed.

Americas Best Value Inn - Knoxville East
The Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean. AC worked well. Small breakfast available was a bonus! Make your own waffles is always a plus! Only negative was we could hear the talking in the lobby late into the night.
